I’m excited to share the latest collection of our online gallery, which represents a playful step forward. This selection brings together a mix of sculptural furniture, vintage pieces, and contemporary art sourced from across the world. With exaggerated shapes, bright colour pops, unexpected material combinations and timeless craftsmanship, this collection is all about creating interiors that feel both personal and vibrant.
Each piece in the gallery has a story to tell, whether it's through its design, history, or artistry. From Murano glass lamps to Danish dining chairs and contemporary Australian art, this collection celebrates the beauty of craftsmanship, the allure of vintage design, and the emotional connection that well-curated objects bring to a home.
Here are a few of my personal favourites, each selected for its distinctive character.
Okay Armchairs by Adriano Piazzesi (1970s)
The Okay armchairs, designed by Adriano Piazzesi in the 1970s, are a perfect example of Italian design. With their unusual, chunky shape and newly restored white boucle upholstery, these chairs exude effortless luxury and comfort. They’re ideal for any living space, offering both visual impact and unparalleled comfort. Their classic design will effortlessly blend into both vintage-inspired and contemporary interiors.
Murano Glass Table Lamps (1940s)
These two Murano glass table lamps are a stunning example of classic Italian craftsmanship. Made in the 1940s, they are hand-crafted from delicate glass, offering both elegance and timeless beauty. The lamps feature the signature spikes and a subtle play of light, making them not just functional but true works of art. Their history and luminous quality make them a standout addition to any room.
Danish Dining Chairs by Rud Thygesen & Johnny Sørensen
These Danish dining chairs from the 1970s, designed by Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen, have been reupholstered in a vibrant cobalt blue fabric, giving them a bold contemporary feel. Their clean lines, ergonomic design, and superior craftsmanship make them not only comfortable but also visually striking.
Lane Staccato Sideboard (1970s)
The Lane Staccato sideboard, made in the USA in the 1970s, is a rare and striking find. Known for its Brutalist-style design, the sideboard features a geometric facade made from timber blocks, creating a powerful visual impact. It combines raw beauty with refined sophistication, making it an ideal statement piece in any home. Its unique design ensures it will remain a cherished part of your collection for years to come.
Anna Floor Lamp
The Anna floor lamp, designed by Anna Ehrner for Ateljé Lyktan in the 1970s, is a true Scandinavian modernist classic. Its sleek, minimalist design brings a sense of elegance to any space. With its soft curves and cut out detailing, this lamp is ideal for adding warmth and sophistication to living rooms, entryways, or reading nooks. It’s a perfect blend of timeless design and functional beauty.
For avid art collectors, I’ve sourced unique works by two incredible Australian artists:
Amanda Shadforth
As a fashion and interior lover, I’ve been a fan of Amanda’s for years. Amanda’s contemporary artworks are inspired by organic, fluid shapes found in nature. Her pieces bring movement and depth to any space, creating a sense of calm and serenity. Each piece is an exploration of form and texture, making her work a perfect addition to any collection.
Ashley Corbet-Smith
Ash is such an incredible talent, whose works I’ve used across many projects. As an industrial designer, Ash works with premium materials like brass, bronze, and aluminium to create sculptural works that work well as functional statement pieces. His creations are a perfect blend of art and design, bringing a bold, contemporary edge to any interior.
I’m so excited for you to explore this collection, which I hope will spark joy, inspiration and creativity in your home.
