CELEBRATING MY 'CURATED STYLE' BOOK LAUNCH

CELEBRATING MY 'CURATED STYLE' BOOK LAUNCH

This week has been an absolute dream (a blurry one, but a dream nevertheless!). After five years in the making, it was such a joy to celebrate the launch of my debut book CURATED STYLE: Artfully Edited Homes surrounded by family, friends and so many inspiring creatives.

The night was a celebration of home, design, and the artistry behind creating spaces that feel deeply personal and intentionally styled. I've always believed that styling is about storytelling, and to have a room filled with people who appreciate the nuance of that story was incredibly special.

Hosted as our Bondi pop-up gallery, we hosted a mix of industry creatives including Australian interior designers, stylists, architects, magazine editors and design lovers. It was a true meeting of minds - each guest contributing to the atmosphere with their passion for interiors, creativity and personal expression in the home.

One of the highlights of the evening was a conversation I shared with brilliant brand consultant and writer, Zara Wong. We spoke candidly about the journey of writing Curated Style, my approach to interior styling, and what it means to create a home that's not just aesthetically beautiful, but also layered, meaningful and uniquely yours. I love being able to reflect on the creative process with someone who truly appreciates the intersection of storytelling and design.

Every detail of the night was carefully considered—from the styling of the space (of course!) to the personalised gift bags we curated for our guests. These were designed to reflect the essence of Curated Style: thoughtful, refined, and full of beautiful pieces that bring joy into the home. I’m incredibly grateful to Leaf Comms and our generous partners who helped bring this vision to life—thank you to Robert Gordon, Black Blaze, The Beauty Chef, Homu Design, Design Stuff, Bondi Wash, Noma Co, Abel Fragrance, L&M Home and McMullin for contributing such stunning pieces. Each guest left with something truly special that I hope will continue to bring joy to their homes for years to come.

A special thank you to Bird In Hand for keeping our glasses full with their delicious wines throughout the night—it was the perfect pairing for a night of celebration.

Styling is such a personal practice. It’s not just about aesthetics, but about emotion—how a space feels, how it reflects your story, and how it evolves over time. My hope is that Curated Style inspires readers to embrace their own point of view, to make confident styling decisions, and to find joy in the process of creating a home that’s unapologetically theirs.

To everyone who came along to celebrate—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your presence made the night unforgettable. Thank you also to Smith Street Books, my incredible publisher, for believing in this project and supporting my vision from day one.

I'm beyond excited for what's to come as Curated Style makes its way into the home (and coffee tables) and interiors lovers.
